The moiré is a visual interference; a geometric distortion effect caused by the interaction of two screen patterns, placed one on top of the other.

The change in thickness in the master lines produces a specific visual effect similar to the possible movement of electromagnetic fields. With different patterns, we find different energies and therefore very peculiar visual effects.
